📌 Why short sleep makes hard problems harder

Cutting sleep below seven hours measurably degrades insight problem-solving, and the effect compounds across consecutive nights.

    #sleep #cognition #research

  • You:

what was that article about sleep?

  • memory-bot:

You saved a piece on how sleeping under seven hours makes insight problems harder, with the effect building up over consecutive nights.

    🔎 Source 1🔎 Source 2
A Telegram thread: a forwarded article is saved as a card with a title, summary and tags, then a plain-language question is answered from that saved item, with links back to the sources.

Saving is easy. Finding is not.

Bookmarks, Saved Messages and read-later apps become write-only piles. You tap save, and that is the last you ever see of it.

Keyword search doesn’t rescue you either, because you remember the idea, not the exact title. And the thought you spoke out loud on the way home is gone entirely.

How it works

Forward, forget, find.

  1. Send it.

Forward a link, a voice note, or any text to the bot.

  2. It files it for you.

Auto title, summary and tags — transcribed if it's voice, page text extracted if it's a link.

  3. Ask later.

“Where's that thread comparing pgvector and qdrant?” — get an answer with links to your own saved items.

The 💾 Saving… acknowledgement is near-instant (under two seconds); the finished card appears within about 10–30 seconds.

What you get

A memory that actually gives things back.

  • Save anything in one tap

Forward a link, record a voice note, or type a line. It replies “💾 Saving…” instantly, then edits that message into a tidy card — title, a 1–2 sentence summary, and tags. No forms, no folders.

  • Find by meaning, not keywords

Ask in natural language. Semantic search understands what you meant, then answers with links to the one to three items that actually match.

  • Grounded answers you can trust

It answers only from your saved items. If nothing matches, it tells you honestly instead of inventing an answer.

  • Private by design

Your content is processed only to serve you, never used to train AI, and never written to logs or analytics — only anonymous counters are. Export everything or delete your account permanently, any time.

  • Voice notes become searchable

Dictate a thought; it's transcribed (language auto-detected), titled, tagged, and made findable — up to 10 minutes per note.

  • A gentle weekly nudge

An optional weekly digest shows what you saved this week plus one or two older items worth revisiting. Configure the day and time, or turn it off with one command.

A closer look

Two moments worth seeing.

A thought you spoke out loud

Up to ten minutes per note. It’s transcribed with the language auto-detected, then titled and tagged like anything else.

📌 Idea: batch the weekly review on Sunday evening

A voice memo about moving the weekly review to Sunday so Monday starts with the plan already written.

    #ideas #workflow

A voice note is sent to the bot, acknowledged with “Saving…”, and returned as a card with a title, summary and tags.

When it doesn’t know, it says so

The answer is built only from what you saved. Ask something you never saved, and you get an honest miss rather than a confident invention.

  • You:

    what's the capital of Peru?

  • memory-bot:

I couldn't find anything about that in your saved items.

  • memory-bot:

I only answer from what you saved — never from general knowledge.

A question about something never saved is answered with “I couldn't find anything about that in your saved items”, followed by “I only answer from what you saved — never from general knowledge.”

Privacy & trust

Concrete promises, not reassurance.

Your saved items are stored so they can be searched — that is the whole point. Everything else about how they're handled is spelled out here, in the same words the bot uses.
Processed only to serve you
Voice notes are transcribed by Groq (Whisper); summaries, tags and answers are generated by OpenAI models. Neither provider uses your content for training.
Never in our logs
Your content never appears in logs or analytics — only anonymous counters (how many saves and searches) do.
Yours to take
/export gives you everything you saved, any time.
Yours to erase
/delete_me hard-deletes your account and all items — permanently, not a hidden soft-delete. For legal reasons, payment records are retained in anonymised form only, as required for refund disputes.
No third parties
Beyond the processing providers above, there are none. No ad trackers, no data sale.

Pricing

Two tiers. That's the whole menu.

Free

Enough to find out whether it changes anything for you.

  • 10 saves per month
  • 10 minutes of audio per month
  • 50 searches per month

Everything already saved keeps working forever. Your data is never held hostage: even at the limit, viewing recent items, the weekly digest, export and account deletion always work. Only the specific action you’ve maxed out is paused until next month.

Pro

199 Stars / month

  • Removes the limits (fair use).
  • Paid natively with Telegram Stars — a Telegram invoice right in the chat, auto-renewing, cancel any time.
  • If you cancel or a payment lapses, you’re softly downgraded to Free with no data loss — nothing is deleted.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

  • Do I need an account?
No. It's a Telegram bot — open it and start forwarding things.
  • What can I send it?
Links, voice notes (up to 10 minutes), and text. Photos, PDFs and documents are on the roadmap, not available yet.
  • Does it make up answers?
No. It answers only from what you've saved. If nothing matches, it says so plainly — it never answers from general knowledge.
  • Is my data private?
Your content is used only to serve you and is never used to train AI. It never appears in our logs or analytics — only anonymous usage counters do. Processing is done by Groq (voice transcription) and OpenAI (summaries, tags, answers), neither of which trains on your content.
  • Can I get my data out?
Yes — /export gives you everything as JSON + Markdown, any time.
  • Can I delete everything?
Yes — /delete_me permanently hard-deletes your account and all items. Payment records are kept only in anonymised form, as required for refund disputes.
  • What does it cost?
Free includes 10 saves, 10 minutes of audio and 50 searches per month. Pro is 199 Telegram Stars per month and removes the limits.
  • What happens when I hit a free limit?
Only that one action pauses until next month. Everything already saved keeps working, and viewing, export and deletion always work — your data is never held hostage.
  • How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Payment is via Telegram Stars, right inside the chat — an auto-renewing subscription you can cancel any time. If it lapses, you're moved back to Free with no data loss.
  • What languages does it support?
The interface is English, but it transcribes and answers in the language you write or speak.
  • Having a payment problem?
Use /paysupport in the bot, or email support@brainary.wtf.

Start forwarding things you’d rather not lose.
